
There are lots of ways that you can enjoy our muesli products, here are a few, apart from breakfast, snacks or on icecream.
Premium Muesli Parfait
This is too easy and looks sensational in a pretty glass. Layer
frozen berries (they will defrost), good Greek style yoghurt (mixed
with a little honey) and your favourite Good Girls Premium Muesli.
Finish with yoghurt and a few fresh strawberries or raspberries
to decorate.
Premium Muesli Biscuits
Get the kids to help you make these for a delicious and healthy
treat.
- 3 cups oats
- 1/3 rd cup flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup Granola
- 1 tbs vanilla
- 1 egg
- 100g butter
- 1/3 rd cup choc chips (optional)
Melt butter, beat egg and mix with remaining ingredients. Place tablespoon size dobs of mixture on a non-stick tray and place in a 180C pre-heated oven. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes on a wire rack.
Premium Muesli Cheesecake
Line a 22.5cm lamington tin Glad Wrap, then sprinkle a layer of
granola evenly over.
Filling:
- 2 Lemons
- 3 tsp powdered gelatin
- 350g light Philadelphia cheese (Kraft)
- 300g skim natural yoghurt
- 140g Sugar
Grate and juice lemons, place in a saucepan and bring to the
boil. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with gelatin and whisk until
dissolved. Cool. Beat cream cheese, yoghurt and sugar until combined.
Add gelatin mixture and beat well. Gently pour over premium Muesli
mix, cover and place in the fridge for 6 hours to set. |
